Monthly Rates
$575.00 per month
The above rate is for cash payments only. There is an additional $25.00 fee applied for payments made by card. Rate includes two adults and related minor children. $5.35 per day will be added for each additional guest. If staying, 30 days or more, there are some restrictions. Please call the park office to ask about these restrictions. All rates include local taxes.
Please note: we require $50 cash deposit for all new monthly tenants, and this deposit is refundable as long as criteria is met.
